This is an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected Irish contractor, who after winning several prestigious new developments are looking to grow their team. As the chosen Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working on a 900 unit residential scheme based in Wembley.

Required:

• Residential experience is essential
• Main contractor background
• 5 - 10 years relevant experience
• Ability to run projects under little or no supervision
