The Company:
This is a newly-acquired civils specialist that delivers bulk earthworks, deep excavation, hard & soft landscaping and general civils to private clients, local authorities and large developers. They act as a main contractor for all of their work. Currently, their turnover levels exceed £120m with aims to reach £150m next financial year. Their areas of operation are located across the UK with London & the South East being a key region they are looking to focus on for 2019.
The Role:
Due to expansion and forecasted projects for 2019, they are looking for recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a new portfolio of work totalling to £20m. This will be with the assistant of a Junior QS. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be reporting directly to the Operations Director for the London & South East region. This is quite a flexible individual who believes in trusting his staff to get the work done, so there will be the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days a week with the rest of the week out at site.
