Senior Quantity Surveyor - Kent

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to join the team on a £50-70m per annum contract, considered as one of their key schemes undertaken within their portfolio. Works will range from general maintenance through to project works.

The role will predominantly focus on post contract duties, reporting into the lead Commercial Manager. Daily duties will range from sub-contract procurement, take offs, package management, CVR’s and final accounts.

The suitable Quantity Surveyor will ideally have the following background:

• Highways experience
• Excellent administration of NEC contracts
• Ability to work independently
• Good client interfacing skills
• Hard work ethic
• Proven track record in seeing contracts through to the end
