The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning High-End Residential Developer to be based in Hertfordshire. This fast growing Residential Developer specialises in building prestigious new homes of distinction in prime areas and currently has a development portfolio in excess of £200m.

Initially the role will see you working on a 50 home scheme, the first stage due for completion in April. All of the projects you will be working on are all within a ten minute drive of the office, so no lengthy commutes!

Required:

• 5 + years relevant experience
• Residential experience
• Degree qualified or equivalent desired
