• The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning High-End Residential Developer based in Hertfordshire

• This fast growing Residential Developer specialises in building prestigious new homes of distinction in prime areas and currently has a development portfolio in excess of £200m

• Initially the role will see you working on a 50 unit residential scheme, the first stage due for completion this year

• All of the projects you will be working on are all within a ten minute drive of the office, so no lengthy commutes!

• Excellent possibilities for career progression optimised through tailored training plans

• Alongside a competitive salary, you will also receive a tailored package including a car or car allowance!

The ideal individual will have:

• 5 + years relevant experience

• Residential experience

• Degree qualified or equivalent desired
