Senior Quantity Surveyor - Hertfordshire

An independently owned, family orientated utilities contractor is going through an exciting period of expansion and after several successful tenders, they have identified the need to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Company:

• Up and coming contractor that has high, realistic ambitions of expansion
• A close-knit team in which provides a friendly, successful atmosphere
• Takes pride in the fact that a large portion of their contracts are through repeat business

The Role:

• Manage up to £15m worth of work on one of their leading utilities contracts
• Mentor up to two Junior members of the commercial team
• Attend meetings with the clients on a regular basis

The Ideal Individual:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience working within the utilities sector
• Working knowledge of the NEC form of contract
• Live within commutable distance to Borehamwood
