As the chosen Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working on a 500 unit residential scheme with a value of £100m. This role offers excellent career progression providing you with the opportunity to enhance your commercial abilities and expand your impressive portfolio! 

Required:

• Residential experience is essential
• Main contractor background
• 5 - 10 years relevant experience
• Ability to run projects under little or no supervision
