Senior Quantity Surveyor - Hampshire

After successfully tendering a large portfolio of work with a key house builder, a groundworks and civils specialist contractor is looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team. This will be a site based role, working closely with the Operational team ensuring that the commercial aspects of the portfolio of work is run smoothly.

The company itself provides a friendly, flexible environment to work in and a goal-driven atmosphere. As well as this, you will have the opportunity to work under an experienced Commercial Director that can develop and hone your commercial abilities, and also teach you new tricks.

Along with having an excellent reputation within their market sector in the locations that they operate, they also have a stable client base that consistently provides repeat custom.

For this role in particular, it poses an opportunity to have full commercial control over a challenging portfolio of work that totals to around £30m. With successful performance, I’m told that you could be considered for a Commercial Management position within the next 2 years.

Required:
Experience working for a civil engineering subcontractor
Degree qualified or equivalent

Desired:
Site experience
