The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the industry’s leading principle contractors. Whilst reporting to the experienced Commercial Manger, initially this role will see you working on a Decent Homes Framework project due for completion towards the end of 2018.

For more than 6 decades, this organisation has specialised in providing high-quality internal and external refurbishment within the Housing, Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors. They are experts in delivering Decent Homes programmes, and planned and cyclical maintenance across London and the South-East. As well as Construction, they also operate across three other divisions, Roofing, Repairs & Maintenance and Renew.

Required:

• 15 – 20 years relevant experience
• A history of managing teams
• Decent Homes experience
