Based:  Warwickshire (CV35)

Are you a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys overseeing a portfolio of projects?

Do you want to work for a forward thinking, dynamic and growing contractor?

We have an exciting opportunity with a key client who have a major portfolio of work in Southern Midlands down to Buckinghamshire.  The works encompass HS2 alongside water and highway projects.  They carry out civils, RC structures / viaducts and groundworks with project sizes ranging in value from £5 – 10m.  Most of these schemes are delivered under a Tier 2 banner. 

Key Criteria for the Role:

• Strong NEC experience
• Excellent client interfacing skills
• Degree Qualified or Chartered
• Structured career history
• Strong in contractual negotiations
• Enjoys working independently, and working closely with Engineering and Management Teams
