Senior Quantity Surveyor (Heavy Civils)

Freelance:  to £550 per day Ltd

Based:  Central London (SE1)

Major infrastructure contractor seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a £100m project!

The role will be supporting the Commercial Lead in pre-construction set up, which will then go to delivery phase in the next 6 months.  The work involves major civils and marine work.  The role will require the following experience:

• Tier 1 Civils Contractor experience
• £50m + project exposure
• Ability to work independently
• Commercially astute with an excellent understanding and working knowledge of the NEC contract
• Able to spot opportunity
• Strong reporting skills
• Structured career history
