Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils)
Salary:  £70 - 80k + package
Based:  Berkshire (RG7)

About the Company:
Highly regarded and respected specialist civils contractor seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a prestigious contract.  Company turnover £200m per annum, with civils making up £50m.  There is an exciting growth strategy in place to grow this area of the business.  Project values range up to £30m.

About the Role:
To take full commercial control of a £6m civils package that involves groundworks and civils.  This programme of work has 8 months to run, and following this there will be a £10m groundworks and RC structures package to manage on the same programme of work.  The role will report into the Sector Commercial Director

About You:

• Strong NEC experience
• Able to take a project from inception through to completion
• Good client interfacing skills
• Ideally degree qualified
• Able to spot commercial opportunity in a contract
• Enjoy working within a dynamic environment
• Be able to work well within a team that includes delivery and design teams
