Senior Quantity Surveyor (Highways / Utilities)                    

Salary:  to £60k + good package

Based:  West Midlands (B92)

About the Role:

They require an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team, reporting into the project Commercial Lead.  Duties will involve managing key sub-contractors, final accounts, updating forecasts and reporting on impacts, spend profiling.  The focus of the role will be to manage key utility schemes and diversions.  This element of the work is highly detailed and takes a strong commercial acumen to deliver the work to the commercial targets and outlines set.

About You:

• Quantity Surveyor with £50m + project experience
• Have a good understanding and knowledge of utilities and utility diversions on major schemes
• Ideally degree qualified
• Structured career history
• Strong NEC knowledge
• Highways or major civils project experience would be advantageous
