Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils)

Salary:  to £68k + package + bonus

Based:  Kent (ME16 9NS)

About the Project:

• £16m civils on a major warehouse.  Likely potential for further extension of work, including opportunities in the South East on other schemes once this has commenced.

About the Role:

• Require a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor.  The role will see you work closely with the Divisional Commercial Manager
• As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be tasked with the daily running and delivery of the project with the help of a small commercial team

About You:

• Ability to manage change, and understand key contractual issues
• Able to work independently and take a lead in contract negotiations, variations and change during the cycle of the project
• Have a structured career history within the infrastructure sectors
