Salary: £60k – £85k basic depending on experience (+ package including car allowance, bonus).

Location: Southall, West London, UB2

An opportunity with a leading London-based contractor with a very good reputation for delivering quality has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The contractor operates in London delivering groundworks and/or frame packages with values typically in the range of £100k - £5m.

Located in their West London office and getting to the London sites as & when required, you’ll initially manage 4-5 schemes (with values in the range of £500k - £2m).

The business is known for being one of the best in the sector and are looking for someone with a good background working on groundworks or frame packages as commercial lead of the project.
