Salary: £60k – £90k basic depending on experience (+ package including car allowance, bonus).

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with ground works and frame experience?

An opportunity with a leading London-based contractor with a turnover in excess of £100m has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The contractor operates in London delivering groundworks and/or frame packages with values typically in the range of £2m - £20m.

Located on one of their London sites, as the chosen Quantity Surveyor you’ll initially manage 2 schemes (both in £3m-£7m range) with the scope of the role to potentially take on a third if required.

The business is known for being one of the best in the sector and are looking for someone with a good background working on groundworks or frame packages as commercial lead of the project.
