Senior Quantity Surveyor (HS2 / Heavy Infrastructure)

Salary:  £65k + package

Based:  Central London

A major global player within the infrastructure sector has been awarded one of the most prestigious HS2 packages of work. The work will see them deliver market-leading and complex engineering solutions for the London sections of work, linking up with Euston Station.

In order to deliver this project, which is being done under a Joint Venture, they require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role to ensure financial forecasts and targets are met. 

Reporting into the lead Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing some of the most important packages of work along with mentoring and overseeing a team ranging from juniors through to Quantity Surveyors.

The client is looking for a commercially astute individual with the following background:

• Major infrastructure project experience
• Strong NEC background
• Package management and procurement experience
• Degree qualified or Chartered
• Structured career history
• Able to manage a small team
• Rail would be beneficial, but happy to consider other major civils experience
• Looking for a long term career move
