Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor aspiring to reach Director Level over the next few years?

This successful organisation who have been successfully running for over 8 years and having had a magnificent 2020, now have plans to strengthen their commercial team by adding a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

As a Senior Quantity you will lead and hold responsibility for the performance of the cost management team by guiding them to make sure projects are completed successfully, on time and within budget.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will:

• Have up to 10+ years’ experience working for a Developer
• Have good knowledge of JCT and similar industry standard forms of building contracts
• Ability to work to and meet deadlines agreed deadlines and plans accordingly
• Excellent communication skills
