Quantity Surveyor (Civils)

Freelance:  to £400 per day (Inside IR35)

Based:  Home or Hertfordshire

A major water framework requires a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor!

The contract is moving from AMP6 into AMP7.  There is still a number of major contracts that need to be finished or commercially tied up.  The works will range from smaller utility schemes through to major, complex civils project.  All are delivered under NEC.

The client seeks a Quantity Surveyor for up to 12 months, working closely with a Section Commercial Manager.  Location of the role will initially be based from home.

Skills Required:

Ability to work independently

Strong understanding of the NEC contract

Structured career history with established civils contractors
