The Company:
A leading groundworks and RC frame sub-contractor with the ability to deliver projects between £750k-£50m across the South East has an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with groundworks experience to join them on their journey!
The contractor has been established for almost 40 years and has grown to £75m+ turnover.
They are family-owned company and the owners are very hands on and believe in investing in the business and its employees. Reputation is key in this day and age, and this organisation has one of the best names in a very competitive industry.
The Role:
Due to increased success in winning tenders on Groundwork projects ranging in value from £5-15m based in central London and the South East, they are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor as soon as possible to oversee the Groundworks on a large residential project in South East London.
In addition the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage a portfolio of smaller projects or one larger scheme up to £15m in value.
Typically their projects tend to be within the house building/residential market.
The Ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor:
-At least 3 years Groundworks experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working for a RC Frame & Groundwork sub-Contractor.
