Salary + Package: Up to £100k + car allowance, healthcare, pension, holiday allowance.

*Can be paid on a daily rate*

A well respected Irish contractor that operates as both a main contractor and specialist sub-contractor, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to commercially run a number of RC Frame projects after winning several residential prestigious developments in Preston Barracks.

This is an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be commercially running an exciting residential RC Frame schemes for this fast growing contractor

Required:

• 5 - 10 years relevant RC Frame experience from a main contractor background is essential.

• Ability to commercially run a project with no supervision.
