Senior Quantity Surveyor - Hertfordshire

This long standing, major player in the utility sector are on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Salary up to £60,000 PLUS package including; 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays, Car/ Travel Allowance, Annual Bonus, Pension scheme, Private Healthcare

With offices operating all over the UK, they consistently win big contracts and are notorious for delivering them on time. They are continuously winning awards and are a company widely believed to be at the top of the game in their sector.

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to come in and assist the Managing Quantity Surveyor in delivering a contract they have been running since 2017. Initially, the contract is to run for four years and in 2021, there is an option for a further four year extension. Estimated value of the contract is at £20 million per annum. The contract is a major infrastructure project and developer services delivery.

Requirements:

At least 10 years’ experience in the utility sector
Degree qualified in relevant discipline
Excellent knowledge of NEC3 contract type
Experience in leading small teams
