Senior Quantity Surveyor - London - N

*Package: £85 000 basic salary, plus fully expensed company car or £420 per month car allowance), plus contributory pension, 28 days annual holidays (Dependent on shut down dates at Christmas time-could be more), salary reviewed every year.

Based: North London office with 2 days of the working week on site.

Office and site based Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity – a series of Reinforced Concrete frame and Groundwork for residential development. Supported by the Chief Quantity Surveyor, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given complete autonomy to undertake the financial management of a many RC Frame and Groundwork residential sites. 

This is a wonderfully well rewarded, supported but autonomous role with an organisation that already has secured a full order book for 2020 and 2021.

Our Client typically undertakes projects valued on average at £6m and this financially secure organisation has been working with prestigious Tier One property developers such as Bellway Homes, Country Side, New Living Construction, Hill Partnerships and Redrow Homes. They have been providing groundwork and reinforced concrete frame solutions for over 30 years. They pride themselves on the collaborative stance they adopt to their Clients which has resulted in long-term relationships and lucrative repeat business.
