Senior Quantity Surveyor - London - E

*Package: £110,000 basic salary, plus fully expensed company car (BMW/Audi or £625 per month car allowance), plus contributory pension, 31 days annual holidays, performance-based bonus (10% of yearly salary) and on-site parking.

Applications for this permanent role will also be considered from appropriately experienced and qualified RC Frame Senior Quantity Surveyors who work on a Limited Company Date Rate c £450.00 per day. Evidence of stability of contracts through to end of duration and references will be required.

Based: East London: 9-day fortnight on site with 1 day in head office in South London

Start Date Available: December 2019 with the initial project set for commencement in late January 2020.

Site based Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity – the ink is still drying on the contract documents of the initial project, a series of Reinforced Concrete frame for residential developments (structures ranging from 7 to 40 storeys high). Supported by the Commercial Director and Commercial Manager, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given complete autonomy to undertake the financial management of a fully staffed site which at peak will see over 240 operatives engaged.

This is a wonderfully well rewarded, supported but autonomous role with an organisation that already has secured a full order book for 2020 and 2021.

Our Client typically undertakes projects in the £9 - £45m value range and this financially secure organisation has been working with prestigious Tier One contractors and developers such as Berkeley Group, Morgan Sindall, Mace, Westfield’s, McAlpine and Crest Nicholson. They have been providing civil engineering, infrastructure, groundwork and reinforced concrete frame solutions for the past 30 years. They pride themselves on the collaborative stance they adopt to their Clients which has resulted in long-term relationships and lucrative repeat business.
