I have a compelling opportunity to work with one of the South East’s most progressive independent residential and commercial developers. This respected, privately owned developer has been committed to developing high-specification and sustainable homes for over 50 years and have built their reputation throughout the industry based upon this. This organisation pride themselves on giving back to the community and do this in a number of ways, one way they do this is by raising money for charity! This year alone they donated £1.5 million to the Foundation they have set up in their name to donate to charity and community groups.

As the chosen Senior Quantity Surveyor you must have previous experience working for a developer and have the capability to run up to 3 projects with an overall value up to £20m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will:

• Work within a close knit team of 4 Surveyors, reporting in to the Commercial Manager
• Will manage a portfolio of up to 3 projects.
• See out the last phase of a £12m project, ending in May, before starting on a new scheme
