This prolific property developer has built near to 20,000 homes in the last 5 years. Their portfolio boasts some of the most aesthetically pleasing properties. They focus on building communities and have contributed billions to building community facilities.

They are currently looking to take on an expert Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis to seize the reigns on a south London project in the region of £30m. The Successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will then go on to work on larger schemes in the coming years.

What’s does the opportunity include?

• Leading and supporting 2 junior members of staff whilst being involved in the wider project team
• Seeing through a 75 unit project to completion before taking on bigger more complex projects

What’s required?

• A wealth of experience backed up by references from previous employers
• The ability to tackle complex problems
• A history of working for main contractors or developers
