The Company

A well-known, major player in the utility sector. Arguably one of the biggest within the civils and utilities sector. Consistently find themselves winning contracts on popular schemes and on the large scale and the lower valued, high volume scale.

The Role

The contractor are on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to come in to an already established, strong commercial team to help the Commercial Manager run their ongoing contract with a key client. Currently run under a Joint Venture (JV), the works include a multitude of low value, high volume projects to the total sum of approx. £30 million per annum.

The Surveyor Requirements

• Experience in the utility sector
• Able to manage teams
• Low Value, High Volume Experience
• Commercially Astute
