We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a Design and Build contractor. The company have a new and enthusiastic Directorship who are keen to promote expansion within the company.  

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will:

• Be involved with several projects across London, mainly north London
• Have a high level of influence over systems and processes currently used 
• Deliver projects valued between £10m - £20m

So what’s required of the chosen Senior Quantity Surveyor?

• 10+ years of experience with main contractors, ideally working on high end residential projects
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organisation skills
• Strong references from previous employers
