Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary + Package: 55-60k + Car Allowance, Pension and Healthcare

Location: London and outskirts

Role: Permanent

Calling all Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors, an up and coming contractor wants YOU!!!!!

The company is one of the fastest growing contractors specialising in all aspects of groundworks, civil engineering and formwork. The organisation is very much renowned for their innovative methods which has played a massive part in securing them iconic projects throughout London and the outskirts of the majestic city!

This contractor is looking for either a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to move and be willing to be moulded into a Senior Quantity Surveyor position or a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new Opportunity to work on their own initiative across different sites in and out of London.

Training and ongoing development is the core of everything this new and innovative contractor is trying to do, so please do not shy away from applying for this Opportunity if you feel a Senior Quantity Surveyor will be out of your depth as being Quantity Surveyor currently.

The contractor will want you even more if you fit this criteria:

• Experience with being on site and surveying projects for a minimum amount of 3 years as a Quantity Surveyor /Senior Quantity Surveyor on either RC Frames, Groundworks or Formworks.
• Willing to travel distances because of the amount of work coming in.
• Can work independently of others and be dynamic
• Structured career history
• Engineering background or degree will be beneficial
