One of the UK’s leading house builders is currently working on a landmark development in Dagenham designed by world leading architects. They have identified the opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on the development which has 15 years left on the scheme.

Founded over 60 years ago, this developer has a reputation for high quality design and build. In recent years they won Housebuilder of the year, they look to win this again. They develop sites that comprises both private and affordable housing and this development consists of a mix of blocks of flats and houses.

Required criteria for ideal Quantity Surveyor:

• HNC qualified as a minimum (or equivalent)
• Experience having worked for a Residential Developer
• Live locally to East London
• A structured career
• Will have experience reporting in to a Managing Surveyor
