We have an opportunity for a leading contractor with over 50 years of experience delivering a range of projects from residential to sport and leisure across the UK and Ireland. They are looking to strengthen their team in London with a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is able to hit the ground running.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will:

• Work on projects over £10m in value
• Fit into a dedicated team to deliver quality results on all projects
• Tackle complex challenges in high pressure environments

So what’s required?

• A structured career with a CV that demonstrates commitment in previous employment
• Experience in new build, hi-rise
• Experience working on projects over £10m in value
• At least 5 years of commercial experience working for reputable companies
• Great communication skills, able to demonstrate competency in negotiation
• Refurb/renovation and fit out experience is desirable
