Senior Quantity Surveyor - London - W

Heathrow airport has seen an increasing demand of passengers which has resulted in a major portfolio of work being released which has been snapped up by one of the world’s leading airport developers. The manor of the portfolio will vary between different civil types and is being delivered under the NEC contract type.

With the overall expansion of works at Heathrow totalling over £1 Billion, you’d be working on projects ranging between the values of £20 - £120 Million; a Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the team in order to ensure they are signed off both on time and within budget.

You would find yourself working alongside your team under the guidance of an experienced Senior Commercial Manager with a proven track record of developing professionals. The role offers the opportunity for a motivated individual to manage a team on high value, major civil works and to gain experience in varied civil contract types.

• Major civils experience required
• NEC Contract Experience
• Comfortable commute of Heathrow
• Someone with a dynamic outlook
• Commercially Astute
