Up to: £65,000 + Package

Heathrow airport has seen an increasing demand of passengers which has resulted in a major portfolio of work needing to be done which has been snapped up by one of the world’s leading airport developers. The manor of the portfolio will vary between different civil types and is being delivered under the NEC contract type. Ranging between the values of £20 - £100 Million; a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the team in order to ensure they are signed off both on time and within budget.

You would manage your own portfolio of these contracts under the guidance of an experienced Senior Commercial Manager with a proven track record of developing his team. The role offers the opportunity for a motivated individual to evolve their skills by gaining experience in varied civil contract types.

The following criteria applies:

• NEC Contract Experience
• Exposure to estimating
• Produce Bill of Quantities
• Able to Measure works
• Sub-Contract procurement
• Comfortable commute of Heathrow
• Someone with a dynamic outlook
