Senior Quantity Surveyor - Essex

The Role:

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to deliver the commercial function of a portfolio of groundworks schemes across Essex. Your working week will be split between the office and site with the key responsibility being management of expenditure to increase profits on the assigned schemes. There will be an Assistant Quantity Surveyor joining in the near future for the Senior Quantity Surveyor to mentor.

The Ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• The ability to successfully manage own projects with no supervision
• Experience working for specialist civils subcontractors (i.e. groundworks, demolition, RC frame, etc.)
• Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC forms of contract
