• The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading principle contractor which prides itself on having broken the mould by having a flat management structure and open lines of communication
• The role will see you reporting into the experienced Managing Director whilst working on a variety of projects across various sectors including hotel and leisure, residential and commercial. Initially the projects you will be working on are for a leading tier 1 contractor and they include one industrial shed in Chelmsford and one retail project in Andover.
• Whilst working on varied projects you will have the ability to develop your own portfolio and excel in your career!

Required:

• 5+ years’ relevant experience
• Main contractor background
• Degree qualified or equivalent
