The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and progressive Quantity Surveying practice which specialises in providing a full range of services within the fields of Construction Cost Consultancy and Contract Administration. Established over 25 years ago, this organisation are based in Wimbledon town centre, about 2 minutes’ walk from the train station.

This organisation works with clients from all sectors of the property world and on a diverse range of projects, ranging from multi-million pound developments to smaller fit-outs and refurbishments. With excellent possibilities for career progression optimised through tailored training plans, this opportunity will enable you to join a fast growing organisation ensuring you to expand your industry knowledge and experience.

The successful candidate will need to have the ability to run projects of up to circa.£20m in value with the minimum of supervision from the partners and be able to manage more junior staff. Good written and spoken English are essential for the role. The position is based in Wimbledon but would involve some travel to sites and clients, generally in and around London although occasionally further afield.

Required:

• 10 + years relevant experience
• PQS / Consultancy background
• Degree qualified or equivalent
