A highly respected, medium sized, long established, dynamic property and construction consultancy have identified the opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business. For over seven decades they have provided expert consultancy services on a wide range of projects from modern commercial offices to the restoration of some of the county's most prestigious buildings.

They have an established track record of working within historic, educational, leisure, scientific and public access buildings. Their knowledge and experience of this type of work enables them to understand the key requirements of their clients. They offer a wide range of professional services to their clients across the commercial office fit out, public facilities, heritage buildings and education market sectors.

Initially the role will see you working on a variety of projects including Heritage and Education projects in London. Joining this well-established team will enable you to build your own portfolio of work and become a valuable asset in a brilliant team

Required:

• 5+ years post qualification experience 

• Longevity in roles

• Experience running own projects

• Willingness to get hands on with the role

Desired:

• Heritage / Education experience 

• Degree qualified or equivalent
