A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to play a leading role in a thriving commercial team.

The Company:

• Over £400m turnover
• Has built up a reputation for successfully delivering projects in a variety of sectors within infrastructure
• Known for having a friendly workforce with an ambitious, hungry atmosphere

The Role:

• Oversee the commercial function of specialist civils schemes between £1-15m
• Play a leading role in a close-knit commercial team by mentoring junior members of staff
• Attend client meetings on a regular basis with the Commercial Manager

The Ideal Individual:

• Experience using the NEC form of contract
• Proven working history of delivering specialist civils projects
• Mentoring and leadership experience
