Senior Quantity Surveyor (Water / Utilities & Infrastructure) - Hertfordshire

An exciting Joint Venture requires a Quantity Surveyor to join their team!

The works delivered will cover one of the largest portfolios of water infrastructure projects currently being delivered in the UK.  Schemes will involve major, complex engineering solutions on both clean and waste water.

They seek a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor capable of overseeing major sub-contract packages of work, along with mentoring junior members of the team.  The role will see you report into a Senior Commercial Manager.

Experience in the following will be required:

- Strong background in NEC

- Hands on Quantity Surveyor

- Able to work independently, along with mentor

- Strong ability in the running of sub-contract packages

- Have worked for an established tier 1 / 2 infrastructure contractor

- Structure career history

- Ideally have experience in heavy infrastructure
