Senior Quantity Surveyor (Specialist Civils / Ground Engineering) - Lancashire

A market leader within the UK piling sector has a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team with the option of delivering the following:

1 – Recently awarded major contract on a mixed use project

2 – Portfolio of 3 jobs, mixture of infrastructure and build contracts (NEC and JCT)

The chosen Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure the works are delivered to the commercial targets set.  Although support from the companies head office will be given when required, the role will see you work independently.  On that basis it will require a Quantity Surveyor that is experienced in taking projects from inception through to completion.
