Senior Quantity Surveyor (Remediation) - Surrey

They are delivering key contracts in the South East with a major focus of the work being delivered on the outskirts of Greater London.

Due to expansion plans for their remediation division, they have an exciting opening for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to progress into Commercial Management or a current Assistant Commercial Manager who is frustrated in their existing role.  The role will involve you overseeing both pre and post-contract duties whilst supporting the Head of Commercial.  A key aspect of your role will be to manage, mentor and oversee 4 commercial team members ensuring contracts are priced and delivered within the commercial targets set.  This  position will an integral member of the division where current sales are in the region of £20m but the group feels there is excellent growth potential in the market due market shortages in residential, industrial and mixed use in the South East.
