An exciting opportunity has become available to work on a £40m rail and construction contract in Norwich.  The project is a complex one as the works will be done whilst the site is still in operation, resulting in challenging logistical issues.

The client requires a Quantity Surveyor capable of overseeing a key portion of the up and coming civils and signalling packages, and with the ability to work independently, reporting into the project commercial lead.  The key aspects to the role will be to deliver the packages wirthin the financial targets, along with identifying cost savings.

The role will suit a Quantity Surveyor with a structured career history and strong NEC experience within the civils / infrastructure sector.
