A highly regarded Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS) / Consultancy practice has identified the opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business to work on a range of exciting projects, including both pre and post contract duties ranging in value from £100k to £10m. Their current portfolio of projects includes a varied and interesting client base and this opportunity will enable you to manage your own projects and be client facing. 

 

Established over 2 decades ago, this organisation is a respected firm of property consultants and Chartered Quantity Surveyors who specialise in Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Project Management, Party Wall Surveying, CDM Advisor Services and Health & Safety Advice. They have offices in the South West and South East of England to service their UK wide, varied client base. Their Kingston office is located close to the River Thames and within a 10 minute walk of both Kingston and Surbiton main line rail stations. 

 

You will be working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor reporting to the Operational Managing Director on projects located within London and the South East region of the country. The position offers the opportunity for future career development, particularly with regard to the expansion of their client base and the development of their Kingston office. They are looking for a committed and driven individual. 

 

• 5 - 10 years’ relevant experience

• PQS / Consultancy background is essential 

• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
