Senior Quantity Surveyor (Nuclear, Civils infrastructure) - Somerset

This ground breaking nuclear project is in full swing.  One of the UK’s leading civils and infrastructure contractors requires an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. 

The role will report into the lead Commercial Manager for the project.  You will be required to focus on reducing costs where possible but without decreasing value or risk, done in an ethical and considerate manner.  Your experience will be needed to develop and mentor junior Quantity Surveyor and intermediate Quantity Surveyor’s in the team.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have the following experience: 

• Infrastructure / civils expérience on £50m + projects
• Worked for an established UK based civils contractor
• Good client interfacing skills
• Degree educated
• MRICS or looking to work towards
• Structured career history
