If you would like to come on work on a £60m mixed use D&B project based in Oxford, this is the role for you!

A highly respected main contractor has an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business to work on a £60m mixed use project based in Oxford, including several £10m student accommodation blocks, a community centre and some retail works. The role will see you managing one aspect of the project from start to completion.

With project values typically ranging from £5k up to £80m, this organisation undertakes projects across a variety of construction sectors including research and development, commercial, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, and education. With a turnover of £165m this financial year (up from £91m in 2012), this sustained growth is aided by the fact that a large proportion of their work is awarded on a repeat order basis from an extensive and ever growing client base.

Not only will this opportunity challenge and enhance your commercial abilities, it will also expand your own personal portfolio. This role will entitle you to a healthy package on top of your salary, including a car allowance!


  • Design and build experience is essential
  • 6+ years’ experience
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
