The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a progressive, multi-disciplined M&E contractor to be based in Essex. With all projects based in and around London, initially the role will see you working on various fast track fit out/retail projects ranging in value from £2m to £10m.  

With a turnover of over £120m, this organisation began by offering contracting services to the retail industry. With clients still working alongside them forty years later, and following expansion into the emerging banking and commercial sectors the business integrated mechanical services delivery in 2003 and has grown to become a well-respected name in the industry.

Required:

• 5 - 10 years relevant experience
• M&E background
• Retail and/or fast track fit out experience
