A Joint Venture consisting of some of the UK’s leading civil contractors is delivering a major infrastructure contract involving complex tunnelling and structures that is supply an extension to a rail line.

The role will be for a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor to take a lead role in maximising commercial outcomes and protecting the JV’s commercial position.  The role will require you to support the Commercial and Financial Lead Manager, reporting information on project change as well as pricing change. 

Following this job you will then move onto a highly prestigious engineering contract that will be based out of Greenwich.

The role will suit a Senior or Managing Surveyor with the following criteria:

• Is proactive in their approach to work and who can deal efficiently with complex commercial duties
• Has major project experience
• Can work independently
• Structured career history
• Ability to work under tight timeframes
