There is an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join this major infrastructure project.  The role will see you oversee a key civil structure and demolition packages, reporting into a section Commercial Lead.

Key experience in working on £50m+ infrastructure projects delivered under the NEC contract is required, along with the ability to work within a team environment.  Although support will be on hand, the role will see you in effect work independently.  It is therefore vital that the suitable Quantity Surveyor has the confidence, desire and self-motivation to deliver their task as effectively as possible.
