Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure and Utilities)

Salary:  to £75k + package

Based:  Central London

A market leader who are involved in a key JV on HS2 requires a commercially astute Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor to oversee their £50m contract. The project is in ECI stage so the commercial ability to do pre-construction duties is key, as is the understanding and knowledge of working with the NEC Option A or C contract.

The role will see you join a dynamic and driven project team.  As Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will be tasked with ensuring the commercial risks of the company are protected, as well as managing a commercial team of Assistant to Package Quantity Surveyors to drive profitability and quality.

The following experience would be ideal:

• Currently, or previously, have managed a contract with a similar value
• Ability to oversee and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors
• ECI experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in delivering NEC Option A or C projects
• Structured career history
