Senior Quantity Surveyor (Highways)

Freelance:  to £400 per day Ltd

Based:  Bedfordshire

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong NEC background?

Have you got past experience in delivering a highway / road or civils framework contract?

Do you enjoy taking autonomy over the work you deliver?

Recognised as one of the leading players within the highways sector, they are currently delivering a major framework scheme in Bedfordshire.  Due to new contract / project releases within the framework, they require an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team and assist the Head of Commercial.  The role will involve you looking after key packages of work, taking the contracts from inception through to final account.

The suitable Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to have the following experience:

• Proven track record in delivering NEC contracts
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Ideally highways or roads experience, however will consider other civils backgrounds
• Structured career history
• Based within a decent commute of Central Bedfordshire
